Kaitlyn and I were looking at a book in the bathroom while she was on the potty. The book had some famous cartoon characters in the back cover. I was asking K who each character was (in Chinese).
Mel: Who’s this? (Ni個係邊個呀？／Ni gaw hai been gaw ah?)
Kaitlyn: A witch (巫婆). (pauses for 5 seconds) You are like the witch, mommy. (妳好似個「witch」噤樣呀。／Nay ho chi gaw ‘witch’ gum yeung ah Mommy.)
